Calvin is about the most social cat around. I guarantee you would like him if you met him.

I named him after the cartoon character in Calvin & Hobbes and it fits him perfectly. If there is trouble to get into, he will be the first to find it. He demands attention and has been know to bite (not hard) in order to get it. It does not matter if I am sleeping, doing homework or whatever. When he wants to play, you have no choice but to play. He goes crazy when I am on the phone. He cannot stand that I am talking to someone else and ignoring him.

Do not think that he is an annoying cat. On the contrary, he is the nicest little guy. It is just that he requires a lot of attention and that is fine with me.

Calvin looks up to Shyla (my other cat) and always tries to copy her. When she climbs something, he climbs it to. The problem is that he is not quite as coordinated as Shyla so sometimes he falls on his butt.  Calvin thinks he is the toughest one in the house (even tougher than I am). He starts daily play fights with Shyla. I love watching this. They wrestle, run around the house and tackle each other. I can tell they have a lot of fun doing this.
