In 2006, I got a call from some friends in a band called Moore. I have always been a fan of their music and thought they were the coolest guys around. They are one of the best glam metal bands in the US in my opinion. They were looking for a new guitar player and asked if I would be interested. I was. The only problem is that I am a bass player. Anyway, I learned their songs and auditioned. They liked it and I joined the band. We did some cool things. Highlights for me included opening for WASP and Faster Pussycat, and going to Corey Talor's (singer from Slipknot) house after one of our shows in Iowa.
I was still in That Eighties Band. After about 6 months, my schedule became too much for me to handle. I was not able to dedicate the time that either band required...plus trying to have a personal life. I had to make the difficult decision to focus on That Eighties band and leave Moore. It was truly on good terms and I consider those guys among my best friends in the world to this day.
